Our co-founders, husband and wife team, Fayz and Saara, go together like milk and Midnight cookies.

 

Being seasoned sweet-enthusiasts, New York-explorers and movie-lovers gave the pair the idea to form The Brooklyn Cakery in London. TBC celebrates the great sweet treats of New York City as well as some curious additions that are inspired by parts of the Big Apple and a few of their favourite flicks.
