Do you do bespoke orders?
​
Yes! We’d love to cater to your every whim when it comes to delicious baked goods.
Please get in touch by emailing info@thebrooklyncakeryldn.com to begin the process of a bespoke order.

Where do you deliver?
Currently we deliver to all postcodes in London only. We aim to get all orders baked, boxed and out for next day delivery once we have received your order.

How much does delivery cost?
​
We offer a flat rate of £10.00 for delivery for all London postcodes. If a delivery will cost more, we will get in touch with you. Email us at info@thebrooklyncakeryldn.com for a quotation for delivery anywhere else in the UK.
When do you deliver?

We do not offer weekend delivery.
​
For standard shipping, we deliver two working days after the date of the order being placed. For orders placed on Thursday, delivery will be the following Monday. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

For specific weekday delivery, a specific weekday date can be selected (by stating choice in delivery notes) but the date must be more than 48 hours after the order is placed.
​
For bespoke orders and orders including a “You’re a good cookie” cake, we deliver five working days after the date of the order being placed. This will be confirmed via email.

We cannot guarantee a time of delivery.
Do I need to be there to accept delivery?
Where delivery is requested, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address. The Brooklyn Cakery LDN cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept delivery.
Please note if the recipient is unable to accept delivery, we will endeavour to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour/co-worker. If our drivers are directed to a loading bay, we cannot accept responsibility for how the cookies are handled. Finally, be advised that as it is a freshly made product, we are unable to re-deliver.

What if I need to leave a note about delivery?
If you have any additional information or special requests e.g. ‘Leave with security at front desk’, you will be given the opportunity to add this in during the checkout process.
